About the Author
The author has a B.S. in health and physical education with an M.Ed. in health science; a master’s degree in Chinese medicine/acupuncture; a meditation practice for over thirty years; and a Hatha yoga practice since the age of fifteen. She’s currently a licensed Boston public school teacher of health and wellness with over twenty-five years of experience. She has also been married for thirty years and has five adult children.
