Quantum Leadership

The Genius brain (to be discussed next) looks on without judgment, knowing that differing views are needed for structure and creativity. Harmony and synthesis begins when the Left brain and Right brain can appreciate and respect each other’s different perspectives and approaches to the same situation. If they start to argue, judge or disrespect each other’s views, no harmony or synthesis exists and an internal battle ensues that prevents problem solving and creative leadership. The creation of the bridge between the states of mind is critical to effective problem-solving and creative leadership. Consider these questions: • Have you ever had a great idea that you never acted on, never manifested? Right brain talking; Left brain not listening! • Have you ever felt stuck in a problem and searched for inspiration, but none came? Left brain talking, Right brain not listening! It is necessary to create a partnership of respect and trust between the Right and Left brain. If you have ever conducted personality or leadership type testing in your organization, you found that some people learn slowly and some fast, some lead by immersion and some by observation, some prefer to engage with paper/computers, while others enjoy engaging with people. Some people need all the facts to make a decision, while others only major points to make a decision. But don’t you need all types to accomplish all the facets of your business. Isn’t it critical that people respect and trust each other’s strengths? That is what needs to happen in your own brain. All the players are needed to be effective, let alone excellent. They play to the strengths of each other and use them together to create a greater whole. Each leader is responsible locally and globally to conduct business with integrity, with focus, with passion and with faith.
