About the Author
Joann Falciani has been an educator for over twenty years both in childcare settings as well as independent schools. A graduate of Cabrini College, Joann holds a B.S. in human resources as well as a master’s in education. She also holds a Montessori certification from Chestnut Hill College. Joann worked as a preschool principal at Chesterbrook Academy, managing twenty- five staff members as well as one hundred students and their families. She has counseled many parents on the important role of planning their child’s educational journey. She feels strongly about placing children in their proper educational environment, which will set them up for success. As an experienced educator with a vast knowledge of the variety of schools in the area, Joann has an extensive background in reading and language arts and can help your child through tutoring as well as place them in the correct school where they will thrive and learn. Joann helps students and their families plan their child’s educational placement. She has many connections with area admissions directors and heads of school to answer questions. She works with each child and their family to foster a professional relationship and create an educational plan. Joann has a bubbly personality and truly has a passion for education as well as children. She believes every child has the potential to achieve. Placing children in the correct school is the first start to a wonderful educational experience filled with wonder and excitement.
