Just wanted to let everyone know this young man (the author), is a genuine, caring, person. After I requested a poem for my daughter,and provided very little detail. Mitchell wrote the beautiful poem "Angel's In Waiting"... At 3:15 my daughter smiled for the final time while the poem was read.. she passed today at 3:19pm.... My entire family would like to thank mitchell not only for the beautiful poem, but for actually caring . To my newest, sweetest, friend: mitchell cooper......words can never Express what your song this morning meant to our family. To think you created such a beautiful keepsake for us off of a simple saying.... "Never Quit"..... I've talked to others who's children you have visited, prayed with, and written for and EVERYONE here at the hospital thinks very highly of you.... I could tell your tears were real and not manufactured. I could tell you could relate to our sons struggle, I remember you told us about all your heart surgeries and how blessed you feel everyday. From this day forward you will always be considered a part of the Thomas family. From my husband, myself, even our daughter who aggrivated you about "famous people". We would all just like to say Thank You... this Christmas is going to be hard but I can listen to what you wrote and it helps to know he is watching over me now .
