About the Author
Cathy Courtney has worked in non-profit leadership internationally for over thirty years. Having relocated multiple times, Courtney has become a master in the art of dealing with change and reinventing her life. She is a certified life coach, a speaker and writer. She has taught yoga and meditation both at home and abroad. Currently, she lives in Los Angeles close to her cherished family.
