Moments Sometimes There are moments in one’s life When your world falls out from underneath you Moments of humility Watching someone approach a life-threatening illness With a positive attitude Moments of sadness As you watch loved ones pass on When saying good-bye is easy But, actually walking away Is the hardest thing you’ll ever do And Sometimes there are moments in one’s life When you not only smile But you smile from within Moments of awe As you watch a meteorite Burn up in the atmosphere Moments of love When happiness lights the face Of those you love When the sun shines from The depths of your soul Because of a sense of inner peace Finally reached

About the Book
This book is a collection of poems from a time of loss in my life. They represent how I was feeling during my grieving process and the journey to be true to myself, which was something Gail encouraged me to do, and she believed it was the only way to achieve complete happiness in life.
About the Author
Selina has been writing since she was 15 years old and she creates her poems as therapy. Even though her style is not a traditional form of poetry. It’s a way to express how she is feeling at that moment in time. Selina is currently studying to be a Counsellor and plans to go on to study a Bachelors in Psychology.
