About the Book

In Wild Wisdom I was captivated by 101 inspiring quotes and reflections which took me on a nurturing wild mystical adventure through the four astronomical seasons. These seasons became the symbolic mirror of my sojourn through the stages of a difficult life to the greatness that was seeking to emerge. It is intended that these quotes and reflections when planted in your consciousness season after season, will activate something within you to expand your awareness of what’s possible, realign yourself with the true nature of your being and spur action to cultivate your inner spiritual garden to reap a harvest of your dreams. My deepest desire is that Wild Wisdom provides gems and insights that will encourage, heal, and inspire you to live a life you love.

About the Author

Denise Buchanan is an Accelerated Success Coach, Award Winning International Speaker and Sacred Garden Designer. Denise is a Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and is the only female Jamaican Licensed Landscape Contractor in California. Denise is perpetually intrigued by the resilience of the human spirit to emerge victorious despite life’s difficult circumstances. Utilizing the vast examples from nature, she explores its rich guiding principles which interweave with our life’s journey and fills the pages of Wild Wisdom with inspiration, joy and wonder which is sure to nourish your heart and empower your soul’s unfolding to live a life you love. Earning a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology, Denise created Sacred Garden Designs, a landscape design-build company with an A-list of celebrity clients. Sacred Garden Designs has been featured in Landscape Architect and Specifier News Magazine, on Home and Garden Television, on Bravo TV and the Reality TV Etherworks Production “Sold on Green.” Denise’s interest in human behavior, her studies of nature, her experience with individuals from all walks of life and her intuition, provide a unique blend of skills and a deep knowing about issues that people face. Denise brings her life experience as witness to the power of forgiveness and spirit to transform lives and is completing a Dual PhD in Psychoneurology & Spiritual Consciousness and Integrative Holistic Health and Thriving.
