1. Grow your own organic veggie garden. Purchase Non-GMO heirloom seeds if you can.
2. Eat more greens. Get creative. More salads. More green smoothies. More goodness. More chlorophyll.
3. Drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day. More, if you exercise vigorously and if you live in high altitude.
4. Smile more and help others to smile. Everyone smiles in the same language.
5. Get more sleep. Know how much your body needs and get the rest you deserve and need.
6. Follow your passions.
7. Sing more during the day and not just in the shower. Singing raises your vibrations and the earth’s.
8. Laugh daily.
9. Feed the homeless. Do what you can to help people that do not have clothing, shelter, food and water.
10. Volunteer at the local animal shelter.
11. Donate monthly.
12. Cook and clean for a friend or neighbor that might need help.
13. Learn about the food “pleasure trap” and why humans crave sugar, salt and fat and how you can better understand this epidemiology and how you can learn to make better food choices and why.
14. Learn to play a musical instrument…it is never too late to learn anything.
15. Do yoga daily.
16. Learn a new language…maybe several.
17. Go vegan or vegetarian. Learn why this is the compassionate way of life, sustainable for the planet and better for your health.
18. Travel to a new place as often as you can.
19. Juice more often and use the pulp to supplement your dog’s food. If you don’t have pets, you can add the pulp to soup stocks and even make crackers.
20. Learn to be comfortable in your own skin.
