Perfection We live in a perfect universe. We live in a conscious universe guided and orchestrated by an Infinite Loving Intelligence. Allowing life to happen led me to begin to realize that life is perfect. Knowing now that life is perfect helps me to allow it to unfold more gently. In his beautiful book Siddhartha, Hermann Hesse writes: “The world is not imperfect or slowly evolving along a path to perfection. No, it is perfect at every moment, every sin already carries grace in it.” Before I was diagnosed with MS, I had no idea I was sick. MS came to heal me! It came to make me aware of what was oblivious to me. MS was the perfect vehicle for my evolution. Life reflects back what is in our unconscious mind and, thus, impossible for us to see. It is very helpful to know that life happens with divine perfection. There are no random events, no coincidences, and no mistakes. All is in divine grace. It is important to realize that life happens for us. Life does not happen to us, and we are not powerless victims. We are 100 percent responsible for our experiences, and we are powerful cocreators with life. Since the day we are born, we are cocreators with life, whether we know it or not and whether we want to or not. That’s just the way this vibrational universe works. Obviously, we begin as unconscious cocreators. We can learn to become conscious of our creative natures. We create with our thoughts, feelings, and actions, but most of our thoughts are unconscious. Jung teachers it is our nature to make the unconscious conscious. We do not have to go looking for what is in our unconscious minds. It is perfectly reflected in our bodies and in our realities. We can work at creating something else if what we created is not to our liking. That is not always easy to accept. However, I believe it makes acceptance easier by knowing life happens for our highest good and the highest good of all. It is also very empowering to know that we have a say in the creation of our lives. Every moment, there is always more right than wrong. We are breathing! Every moment is sacred. Everything that happens is exactly what is supposed to happen. It is exactly what we need for the evolution of consciousness. In his beautiful, life-changing book A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose, Eckhart Tolle writes: “Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” Thomas A. Edison said: “I know this world is ruled by infinite intelligence. Everything that surrounds us—everything that exists—proves that there are infinite laws behind it. There can be no denying this fact. It is mathematical in its precision.” As a mathematician, I love this mathematical precision of life. I certainly did not know this before my diagnosis. Now I am waking up to this fact.

About the Author
Mounina Bouna Aly was becoming an actuary before being diagnosed with MS. Yet she used her diagnosis and her experience to become a transformational life coach to help people create a life they love living from the inside out. Mounina is also a kundalini and kripalu yoga teacher and a holistic bodywork practitioner.
