Well first of all let me say that this is not my normal genre but lately I have been straying and reading just about everything. So yes this story is a lot different from my usual man and woman meet, fall in love and live happily ever after type of story. Let me state that I do NOT believe in aliens so to me this story definitely should be classified as fiction. But really I guess you will have to decide that issue for yourself.

Thomas Hay does a good job of telling you his life story and then tying it all in to this alien abduction scenario that he believe is true now that his memory block has been removed.

I found the story quite far-fetched but if you read it in the spirit of just a good story instead of fact then you can get past that and really enjoy the writing.

I don't want to give the story away but it involves so many things that end up all being tied together. Hay is exceptionally good at Morse Code. His wife up and asks him for a divorce one day and says they were abducted by aliens. He marries an Arabian woman who disappears. He is visited by men from NASA and all kinds of crazy things happen. You better really pay attention or you will get confused.

His mind block is gone so he writes about his memoirs. Well, that I don't buy but I think he has a great imagination.

I actually enjoyed the story as long as I didn't get too serious about it. He references songs every chapter and I have never been into music but I recognized quite a few of them. I think that was a nice addition that took lots of thought.

At the end of the book there is a list of idioms. I also enjoyed that. I am sure that took a great deal of time to add that section just for your enjoyment."
