Everything is going to be okay. Really! For now, that is. Then … it gets so much better!
In fact, right here on this earth is as bad as it gets for your soul.
Did you know that you planned this experiment to be a human on this earth on purpose? Yes, you did! You did it for your own soul’s learning.
Think of it like going away to college. When you go to college, you leave the comfort of home, live somewhere else, and learn what you can while you’re there. Every once in a while you’ll visit home, but for the most part, you’re chugging away at school.
That means your house isn’t your true home—and the earth isn’t your true home. Your true home is … wait for it … heaven!
Have you ever felt an emptiness, like something is missing, but you’re not quite sure what it is? It’s homesickness for your true home of heaven. Our souls, chilling out peacefully and happily at home, had the big idea to come here to the earth to be human beings. We thought it was a great idea. We knew it would be hard, but we knew we would be back in no time flat.
Well, that was when we were thinking about the reality of the infinity of time. When we were born in physical form and started to grow up, we forgot what it was like there. We got all cranky and started moaning and hating.
Don’t be a hater.
When your experiment is over and you’ve learned everything you came for, you’ll be safely back in the comforts of home. You’ll be so happy to be there again. You’ll feel fulfilled and loved. The time you spent here on this earth will seem like just a small fraction of time, and it will soon become only a memory. It will have been worth the work because you’ll be happy about all you’ve learned.
It will feel just like you’ve made it through the toughest college ever, and you don’t have to worry about letter grades in this college! Your final grade will be pass. No matter how you think you’re doing here, we’re all doing great. It’s not easy, and your teachers know that.
It’s so perfect at our real home that you probably took on more in this experiment than you wish you had, just like the student who takes more credits at school than he can handle. While he’s in the safety and security of home, he’s excited to take on a lot, but when he gets there and realizes how hard it is, he feels overworked and kicks himself. The more work he has to do, though, the more he’s learning.
The more difficult your life is, the more you’re learning and the more courageous you are for sticking around for more. In fact, extreme difficulty most likely indicates that your soul is more advanced because advanced souls often sign up to overcome severe issues. They might choose handicaps, addictions or unexplained depression in order to advance their souls exponentially faster.
During college, science teachers ask tough questions that force you to look more deeply into science for the answer. During this earth experiment, our trials, errors, frustrations and uncertainties are our teachers making life more difficult, making us feel further and further from heaven, and forcing us to look deeper and deeper for the truth. This is what we’re here for!
Once you’re in school, you shouldn’t just drop out voluntarily. If you drop out of this earth experiment early on purpose, it won’t be long before your soul regrets it and comes back to try again. Do you really want to start all over again? Your soul really wants to finish this experiment. Wouldn’t you rather keep going? Look at how far you’ve already come!
Think about it¬— if a bunch of souls got together to plan and volunteer for this big experiment, it was actually very courageous of us to follow through. Not all souls are so brave. Many of our friends stayed put at home where they know they’re always going to be happy. That’s okay—just like it’s okay for those of us on the earth to not go to college here. It’s perfectly fine. There’s truly no judgment.
If you don’t believe any of this, pretend you do while you take a gander through these pages. You can act like it’s all fiction and just have fun with it, but the more open you are to it, the more change you’ll see in yourself. If you are going to play along, you might want the answer to the following:
What is this big experiment for, anyway? What’s the big idea? What’s the point?
Drum roll, please …
The point of life on earth is to experience and grow from negativity in order to learn about your spirituality in a place where it doesn’t come easily. Sounds about right, right? There is a lot of negativity here, and it sure isn’t easy.
At home in heaven, it’s easy to have faith because it’s right there in front of you and all around you. It’s easy to believe you’re loved because you can feel it. It’s easy to be happy because there aren’t any problems! It’s easy to believe in our highest power because the love is right in front of you and everywhere and in everything.
Here on our earth, we have to look for hope, faith, love, happiness and divinity. We have to sift through all this negativity to find them.
Where do you seek hope, faith, love, happiness and divinity?
Another drum roll, please …
You can search right there within your own self. You have to slow down your brain to get in touch with your inner knowledge—where your soul is and where you know all the things that are truly true.
You can also look to things and people around you, but you have to direct your attention inward to your own soul to know whether to believe what seems to be true.
Have you ever looked for answers in religion and been disappointed? Do you know who made religion? Humans! There are imperfections all over it. The highest of the divine wants all of us to seek within our own souls. There are no imperfections there.
But it’s so tough! It really is. Our vibrations here on earth are so heavy with all the things we need to accomplish on a daily basis—working, paying bills, running errands, brushing teeth and more. Then there’s the pain and agony of losing loved ones and dealing with loneliness, depression, turmoil and wondering: What the bleep is the point of life, anyway?
You need to get in touch with your intuition—where you truly know it all—to raise your consciousness and find your spiritual self and divine nature. Just keep looking!
I’m sorry to tell you that it’s not like you stop having problems once you find a bit of the truth. That’s because there is so much more wonderful, glorious truth to know. In fact, the more you understand, the more there is for you to learn. However, there is comfort in having the answers you do discover, so life can get easier and easier on your soul as you go.
Some of the lessons our problems teach us are:
• acceptance
• letting go
• patience
• forgiveness
• appreciation
• faith
• overcoming and shedding light into negativity
• love
These are just a small number of lessons we have to learn, but taking things as they come and then letting them go can help you deal with life more smoothly.
I’ll remind you now that your courageous soul planned to be here. You also planned how it was going to go for you! Yes, you did—even the stuff you go through that you don’t like, even the things about yourself you don’t like, and even the people in your life you don’t like.
You can call this life plan your chart. It’s like a map for your time away from home. You planned it out in a similar way to how high school students plan their college course lists.
As soon as you were born into this world, by divine magic, you forgot how it was going to go. It’s all part of the plan to let you learn by experimenting.
Be careful not to judge your journey—you don’t even know what the whole thing entails yet. There are various stages of progression of your chart or life journey. Sometimes you may feel a little stuck, like you’re getting off track or just not getting ahead.
