He also conducts mindfulness workshops in the wilderness areas of Oregon and California. He has been involved in alternative health, counseling, and new thought philosophy for over twenty-five years. He has published numerous articles and has written three books. Brian’s philosophies and teachings are based on a blend of faiths and perspectives. He advocates the blending of science and spirituality and emphasizes using a practical spirituality in our daily lives.
