About the Book

Author Cristee Cook has created the first story in a nonfiction series of picture books for young children. Your Hands Can Change the World! focuses on how we can use our hands and our sense of touch to share with others. The book teaches children how to use hands with insight, intention, and a strong sense of personal responsibility. By looking beyond the physicality of our five senses, we can see a deeper meaning to life and share more with others. Sharing creates a sense of unity with others and can ultimately improve the world.

About the Author

Cristee Cook spent many years working as a professional Costume Designer for live Theatre before becoming a Freelance Writer. After the birth of her two children, she realized that there was a need to educate children about the spiritual aspect of our daily lives. She is inspired to share wisdom she has learned from her spiritual study and experience with children all over the world. She aims to teach children how to use spirituality in their daily lives in practical and simple ways. Cristee lives in Texas with her husband, two children, and their pancake-colored dog, Buddy.
