Applying Unicorn 2000 dual coloured oil/water essences:
Shake to emulsify the two colours and energies of nature contained in the oil and water. Massage a small amount on to the physical body, in the corresponding Chakra area or apply to the body where you intuitively feel colour is needed. The oil/water combination is absorbed through the skin to the cellular level, where old cellular memories causing disharmony are held. The energies of nature within the colour essence, resonate with the cells to re-align the cellular vibration, to clear and revitalise the body. Apply twice a day over a period of a few weeks to hold the body in this healing vibration and allow the energy changes.
Applying Chakra Lights and Rays of Light:
Place 2-3 drops of the selected remedy Ray of Light or Chakra Light into the left palm. Rub the hands together. Apply to body or aura, where you intuitively feel colour is needed. Breathe in the aroma. These are designed to evaporate into the aura to energise and harmonise the chakra systems. Repeat twice a day to complement the work of the Unicorn dual colour oils.

About the Author
Since the mid 1980s Catherine, as an internationally qualified Kinesiologist and Colour Therapist herself, has trained Kinesiology and Colour Therapy students from beginner level up to becoming qualified consultants and teachers. In her work Catherine combines the magic of colour healing with the profound techniques of kinesiology and energy healing.
Catherine’s passion is to teach basic healing techniques that people can use on themselves, their friends and families, and to take her students through to becoming practitioners and teachers in their own right.
Catherine is Director and Principal teacher of the Academy of Healing Arts, which promotes courses held by qualified Kinesiology and Colour Therapy teachers. Catherine is currently New Zealand Faculty with the International Kinesiology College, and as such trains and updates New Zealand Touch for Health teachers.
