Voyage vers la lumière sur ma route 7-52/My Journey to the Light on Route 7-52

Mon but de toute cette recherche a débuté avec mon combat intérieur afin de maintenir un poids santé. Aujourd’hui, je suis en gratitude envers mon corps. Grâce à ma recherche pour perdre du poids, j’ai trouvé les plus beaux cadeaux du monde. Ce sont le pardon, ma propre responsabilité envers ma vie, ma santé et mon bonheur. À mon corps, je lui dis je t’aime et Merci, Merci, Merci ! Pardonne-moi de t’avoir jugé du matin jusqu’au soir pendant toute ma vie, du moins depuis cinquante ans. 

Maintenant tout est clair, la lumière se fit. Alors que dois-je faire, j’ai encore mal, un peu plus, car je ne comprenais pas toute cette cruauté envers moi, une enfant de sept ans. Le premier pas c’est la découverte, le deuxième pas c’est, qu’est-ce que je fais avec tout ça ? Ce qui a changé, c’est que je connais le pourquoi de cette tristesse, je sais maintenant pourquoi je pleurais sans raison auparavant, pourquoi je pleure tant quand je regarde des films de viol. Je ressens mon coeur déchiré, mon corps brisé et mon âme ? Je ne sais ni comment ni quoi faire, alors je cherche dans des livres qui m’ont beaucoup aidé. Plusieurs bons livres me tombent dans les mains.

Alors, maintenant que j’ai découvert mes secrets, est-ce que je les mets de côté et continue ma vie ? Pas si facile. Je passe d’une relation à l’autre avec des hommes qui demandent toujours plus. C’est épuisant, alors je lâche toujours la première. Je continue de lire et de chercher, je ne sais pas trop ce que je cherche, soit la paix de l’esprit ? un poids santé ? une bonne relation amoureuse ? le bonheur ?

Mon corps est la raison de toute cette recherche qui ne doit être faite que par moi. Personne d’autre n’a les réponses que moi je ne peux trouver qu’à l’intérieur de ce corps. J’ai beaucoup de compassion pour vous qui critiquez votre corps et je vous demande de bien le regarder. Il a un si grand cadeau à vous offrir au-delà de la beauté. Appréciez-le et il saura vous récompenser, j’en suis la preuve. Maintenant je choisis un poids santé et si mon corps décide de jouer au yo-yo, je ne lui résisterai plus et je jouerai avec lui. Je choisis maintenant de vivre à plein le moment présent. Je mords dans la vie !

The goal of all this research started with my battle to reach and maintain a healthy weight. Today, I am grateful to my body. In my research to lose weight, I found the best gifts in the world: forgiveness, health, happiness and responsibility for my life. To my body, I say Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Forgive me for having judged you from morning till night during my entire life, at least for the last fifty years.

Now all was clear and the light had appeared. What was I to do? I still hurt, even a little more, as I could not understand all this cruelty done to me as a seven year old child. The first step is discovery. The second step is deciding what to do with all this information. What had changed is that I now knew the reason for all the sadness. I knew why I cried without any apparent reason and why I cry now when I view movies about rape. I felt my heart was torn, my body was broken…And my soul? I didn’t know what to do, so I searched in books that helped me a lot; many good books fell in my hands.

Now that I had discovered my secrets, was I supposed to put them aside and continue my life as if nothing had happened? This was not so easy. I jumped from relation to relation with men who were always demanding more from me. This was exhausting so I was always the one to leave.

I continue to read and search, although I don’t know exactly what it is that I am searching for. Is it peace of mind? A healthy weight? A loving relationship? Happiness? What I feel within my body is the reason why I am continuing to search, and this search can only be done by me alone. No one else can give me the answers that I need and I can only find them within myself.

Today I have a lot of compassion for you who criticize your body. I ask that you look at it carefully. It has such a great gift to offer you beyond beauty. Appreciate your body as it will know how to reward you. I am proof of that. Now I choose a healthy weight and if my body wants to play yo-yo, I will no longer resist and I will play with it. I now choose to live life to the fullest and in the present moment. I embrace life!
