One cool morning, Abigail Snale awoke in her comfy bed in her pretty green room. Everything was good and right except that, when Abigail Snale tried to sniff, she noticed it was harder than the night before. She had a tickle in her nose that just wouldn’t go away. That night, like every night, Abigail Snale thought about her day. “Today was an interesting day. I scared Hank, ruined the magic show, and almost made Billy Backfin lose the championship game.” After thinking about it, she said, “But really, Hank will come out tomorrow. The magic show was wonderful. Watching the pig run around the dining room was pretty funny, and someone said they even saw Miss Knuckles smile for two seconds. Billy Backfin won the game. And, I can sniff!”

Charlotte Safos is making her debut as a children’s book author with Abigail Snale - Can’t I Sniff? She combines her love of adventure, stories, children, and animals to give Abigail a voice and story. She lives in Alexandria VA with her husband and three fish. In her spare time, she manages a business focused on developing innovative technology. She also volunteers at a local Children’s hospital. Francesca Da Sacco is a freelance comic artist and illustrator, mostly for children’s books. She lives in Italy and in her free time draws fantasy stories and enjoys long trips by bike. She loves animals, curious names, and History.
